Mr Kudyachete, has worked in the IT industry in varied capacities for the past 12 years. He spent the bulk of his time in Information and Communication Technology Consultancy, Educational Institutions’ Computing, Banking Information Systems and ICT Capacity-building. He also has experience in university lecturing. Before joining NMMU, Mr Kudyachete worked for a regional capacity-building Institute where he has been instrumental in providing training and consultancy to regional telecommunications companies in new and next generation technologies.
Mr Gratitude Kudyachete holds a Master’s of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Pittsburgh, PA, USA, and a Bachelor of Electronic engineering (honours) degree from the National University of Science & Technology in Zimbabwe.
He holds a number of professional certificates in Information Technology such as: CCNA, CCNP, CISA and Cisco Firewall Specialist. He is currently a member of the Information Systems Audit control Associations (ISACA), USA and is a qualified IT Auditor.
